How is my First Order different from any subsequent orders?
Your first order on this site is covered by the City of Derby; all other orders placed after this original order will be paid by the employee themselves and not the City of Derby.

Why do I need a password and login to order items?
How do I change my password? Creating a personalized username and password allows us to track your orders. If you need to change your password click on “My Details” on the home page after logging in and scroll to the bottom of that page to “Change password”. If you forget your password you can click on the "Forgot Password" link on the log in screen and a password reset email will be sent to you.

RETURN POLICY
If you receive clothing or promotional items that are flawed or defective, contact Jordan Reed at Midwest Single Source Inc. (jordan@midwestsinglesource.com or 316-293-1144). You may exchange the defective item for the same replacement item.

DELIVERY TIME
Please allow approximately 3 weeks to receive your corporate apparel orders. Midwest Single Source provides the City of Derby with a broad selection of clothing styles and colors. As a result, it is not feasible to maintain stock in all styles, colors and sizes offered. All orders are on a custom basis and therefore, require your patience.
